I have owned these headphones for over 2 years now and they STILL ROCK! I absolutely love them and bought a used backup pair in the white today. These headphones are comfortable to wear for hours and listening to the headphones thru the headphones in this video LOL... was WOW. If you're thinking about getting a pair, I wouldn't hesitate to do so! Thanks for the video.

Elric, I've had the headphones for a few weeks and can confirm that these are immensely better after they've been burned in for roughly 27-28 hours of playtime. These headphones present amazing sound assuming you enjoy bass added to the accurate highs and smooth mids. If I can manage to save up about $200 more I was planing on getting a T3i and reviewing them!

They are amazing! THey are very comfortable and the sound is amazing (after the burn-in) And as you can tell they look astonishing. After having tried headphones from friends of mine i'm so glad I have them. You can listen to music with them for a long time without them getting uncomfortable.
Another thing with the cables are that they don't get tangled up like cheep headphonecables. You just have to pull on them and they are untangled.
In a summery: They are defenitly worth their money!

Yes, I have a pair and so does a friend and we use them for gaming. They can definitely help with sound whoring but there are better headphones for this. It is super clear where footsteps are when you can hear them but the large drivers always recreate the explosions and gunshots louder.

I have the same headphones - bought at Costco for 80 bucks last year, except they're black. :)

Exactly as you said though, it sounded dull out of the box, but after around a week of heavy usage, it got amazing! I enjoy them more than my AH M-50's. They're also EXREMELY durable. I've dropped them and tossed them in my bag without a care and they've come out with no damage.

I've got a custom pair. Amazing sound quality and really sturdy! Fell with them off my bike multiple times and they're still fine. Really wide freq. range and a nice cord. They do however require some equalizing software wise :3

I have the LPs, and you're right in saying that they're DJ headphones.
But the M-100s could be used as such too, they have a heavy bass and crisp highs.
The M-80s are extremely neutral, however.

I was really lucky this christmas to get myself pair of shp8900 for just $60 (on top of that they're no longer manufactured and were the last in stock). These sound phenomenal for the price.

This was a tv spot for the Maxwell cassette tape. The guy was sitting in a chair and his butler brought in the tape and a drink. He sat the drink on the side table and put the tape in. As it played it "blew" toward the guy pusing him back in the seat. The drink slid across the table, and before it fell off the guy grabed it ( in a bit of a slow motion ). This was to show the High Quality of the cassette tape. There have been plent of parodies of this add.
