It's funny that the secret is no longer a secret, everything is out for people to see and know but that doesn't make it easier as it is extremely hard to decide who have the truth, what is truth and how do you even know.
I have listened this and other AW lectures for years now and i tried hard to understand it but it wasn't getting thru, you could memorize everything he says and still you wont get it. The only way to truly understand his teachings is either by probably years of meditation or by experiencing it after consuming certain molecules as they allow you to enter impossible states of mind for normal everyday person living in western world.
Him, Jesus, Buddha, RAW, TMcK, Confucius, Ram Dass, and many, many more enlightened mystics living across the time going back to the beginnings of humanity, known and unknown are in fact one person, a state of universe getting his sh!t together and figuring it out. A self awareness, a lucky combination of molecules allowing for deeper understanding and connecting with itself.
