Simple solutions - the CEO of Railroad and all "C" levels, Presidents and Vice Presidents with their families need to move into those East Palestine homes for a year. along with the, EPA, Ohio EPA and testing companies.

0:34 fire started due to combination of hot axle and hopper car 23 plastic pellets. 0:44 train passed 3 defect detectors (presumably, Salem, Columbiana, E Palestine), showed increasing temperature, first two deemed non-critical by NS (there is no official universal government standard) 1:30 3rd detector reading in critical territory 1:59 detectors nor track implicated, still investigating. 2:39 wheel bearing failed while decelerating...

Car 23 derailed (2023) in total 38 cars derailed (3+8 = 11) fire damaged an additional 12 cars. Feb 5 firefighters mitigated the fire (2/25) 2+2+5=9 (add to the 38 derailed cars you have your 9/11. A survivors rep group has already chimed in). Seriously I only wanted to hear an update I am sick of the coding.

They talk about the 3 defect detectors with hot box detection, but there's something they're not mentioning:

Milepost 79.8 (Sebring, OH) Hot box and dragging equipment detection (38°F above ambient)

Milepost 69.0 (Salem, OH) Hot box and dragging equipment detection (103°F above ambient)

Milepost 60.8 (Columbiana, OH) Dragging equipment detection only...

Milepost 49.8 (East Palestine, OH) Hot box and dragging equipment detection (253°F above ambient and triggered a stop)
