Ofcoz its illegal, they said they will clear the police?. But do you think Singapore police force will allow this? Locking other's residential unit.. what if there's an emergency? Say someone in the unit needs urgent medical attention, will the police then be responsible? Dont think so, SPF is not this dumb.
