Boiling onions or cooking them making a broth is a perfect way to utilize their benefits. My baby boy had colic, some ladies from the old school made him some.. It worked immediately also made him calm and sleepy.
Every time!

Thanks for the video. Is this juice has to be taken in raw form or it can be made by boiling oinion in water and then consuming the onion boiled water? Pls. let me know
