The shoulder joint receives its blood supply from the following arteries:

1. Subclavian artery: Divides into the axillary artery, which supplies the shoulder and upper limb.
2. Axillary artery: Branches into the:
- Circumflex humeral artery
- Anterior circumflex humeral artery
- Posterior circumflex humeral artery
- Subscapular artery
3. Scapular arteries:
- Suprascapular artery
- Infrascapular artery
4. Humeral arteries:
- Anterior humeral artery
- Posterior humeral artery

The shoulder joint receives nerve supply from the following nerves:

1. Suprascapular nerve: Innervates the supraspinatus and infraspinatus muscles.
2. Axillary nerve: Innervates the deltoid and teres minor muscles.
3. Musculocutaneous nerve: Innervates the biceps brachii and brachialis muscles.
4. Radial nerve: Innervates the triceps brachii and extensor muscles of the forearm.
5. Median nerve: Innervates the flexor muscles of the forearm and hand.
6. Ulnar nerve: Innervates the flexor carpi ulnaris and flexor digitorum profundus muscles.

The shoulder joint has several ligaments that provide stability and support. Here are some of the main ligaments in the shoulder:

1. Glenohumeral ligaments: These ligaments connect the humerus (upper arm bone) to the glenoid (shoulder socket). There are three glenohumeral ligaments: superior, middle, and inferior.
2. Coracohumeral ligament: This ligament connects the coracoid process (a bony projection on the scapula) to the humerus.
3. Acromioclavicular ligament: This ligament connects the acromion (a bony projection on the scapula) to the clavicle (collarbone).
4. Sternoclavicular ligament: This ligament connects the sternum (breastbone) to the clavicle.
