I totally relate to this so much!! As a young girl, I felt extremely insecure being a girl because my period came later like during highschool while my friends had theirs in middle school. It made me thought maybe I’m a boy since my younger sister got her period while I didn’t get mine. It also didn’t help that my doctor was shaming me for not getting my period. I’m extremely thankful that at least one of the nurse was nice me about it and explained that some girls wouldn’t get theirs until later which was normal.

My boobs even though they’re not exactly flat, they were small and made me feel self conscious about not being able to wear certain clothes because my boobs were too small.

Now I’m much older and I can careless that my boobs are small. Not to say that I’m not insecure ever, and I would like my boobs to be a bit bigger. However, I’m much more appreciative of the way my body looks like without beating myself up anymore.

It’s a journey in learning how to love your body, but it’s worth it ❤ Stay strong to all my insecure girlies out there

I’m still trying to accept my body the way it is. I started developing breasts when I was around 8 and they didn’t stop growing until I was around 17. They aren’t the worst, but I constantly wish they were smaller. Seeing how confident other people can be with their own bodies gives me hope that I can love mine one day.
