Hallo guys, video ini berisi penjelasan tentang pengantar pada mata kuliah Rancangan dan Strategi Program Diklat dengan menggunakan desain pengembangan model ADDIE dan untuk model penilaian menggunakan model Peer Collaborative Authentic Assesment (PCAA).
Mata kuliah ini disajikan dengan menggunakan model blended learning yaitu perpaduan antara tatap muka dengan perkuliahan online. Model pembelajaran yang digunakan yakni Model Project Based Learning. Pada akhir semester mahasiswa akan menghasilkan beberapa dokumen untuk kegiatan pelatihan.
