'ONE LAST TIME' | Hamilton Animatic

This just in... Hamilton finally owns up the "son" title XDDD

This is my favorite song in Hamilton and it's quite a shame that it's not really animated. So I changed that. I just love how the pace changes from tense to depressing and it's got this nice boom in the end (kinda like Lion King lol).

Still getting used to making animatics so bear with me. This alone took me a week (Lord, give me mercy with "Non-Stop" TT~TT).

By the way, I will be making these animatics every Friday (granted, I have some "break Fridays" to let me rest and make other stuff). I'm going to make this as a full-time job now so please support in any way you can. It is every much appreciated :3

Yes, that was Martha Washington. I watched the original cast's play lotsa times (on YouTube LOL) before I animate and I just kinda noticed someone in the back who steps forward when Washington was on the spotlight. I pretty much assumed she was playing Martha's role lel.

I try to follow the play as much as possible with these animatics but also add a little of my imagination ^w^

There's going to be like *A LOT* of symbolism with my Hamilton animatics. I'd love to read what you think this thing or that thing means X3

2:05 the symbolism here is absolutely perfect. Washington changes the rules, changes the game. He sacrifices his King Position to become a Pawn. No one would ever do that. Its impossible in chess. For us nowadays its obvious that a President would leave his power after 4/8 years. Back then, in a World full of Monarchy, Kings and Queens and Sirs ("knights"), this mindset was revolutionary - and "stupid". Perfectly captured!!! <3

And this is actually very sweet, But from Researching both Hamilton and Washington, They developed this sort of Father-Son relationship, Since Hamilton was a Fatherless Orphan and Washington had No Children, So this was a very deep loss for Hamilton when Washington Died in 1799
