Glad to see both Randy and Cliff coming back. I like the new Opens format for the most part. Not sure how I feel about the EQ events allowing Elites but it will make things interesting.

I don't know about the transducers, but I hear it's perspective mode that is the huge difference. I'm glad to see the change on the Opens. Makes more sense. I love the mini Elite season for the EQs. Still not sure how it will play out for the Elites. To go to the Classic, you must win one of the 3 events. But to requalify, you have to finish in the top 9, if I read it correctly. I like it. And Randy and Cliff, welcome home!!

Good rule changes with screen size limitations (overall ) and the 1 ffs transducer attached to the trolling motor. Honesty keeps it in line with what most weekend tournament anglers have already on their boats. Love it or hate it the ffs isnt going anywhere. And after MLF cut their field down, there's a lot of old elite anglers gonna be trying to get back in

I like that they got rid of the 62, and capped the screen sizes to 55 in. I personally wanted no FFS, but i love Bassmaster and will watch either way. I have FFS and dont use it much in bass but i grocery shop them crappie😂. Good luck next season

From what I’ve heard the LVS 62 shines in perspective mode but not as good in Forward as the 34

I wish BASS would have gone further and band scoping for all tournaments.
Allow it for practice just not allowed during tournament hours.

LVS62 works better for deep clear water, Champlain and St.lawrence Great Lakes as stated, great for spooky smallies.
