Great video! Just got back from a fantastic week in Negril. Been there 10 times over the last 40 years. Great beach atmosphere as you said, and never once felt unsafe. In fact, there are way less hawkers on the beach then there used to be. Love the Jamaican people.

You hit all of the well known places, I'd like to see you go up into the interior of the country, and the east side of the island around Port Antonio is much less touristed and would be interesting to show.

Kool hack. Use a credit card from your banking institution and ask the business to charge you in Jamaican dollars. Your bank will give you the vest rate and there are no foreign transactions fees with most credit cards.. Save the cash for craft markets/safe street foods.

Id recommend Skylark hotel on 7 miles beach. Its lovely and relaxing, reasonably priced. It's also a sister propert of Rockhouse so you get to see the property of rockhouse and use their amenities.
