Is this on Windows 24H2 (or with the patch for 32H2)? Are you sure your Windows installation is alright for the 7950X? Those abysmal lows look really out of place and the massively better performance of the 9950X compared to 7950X also seems suspicious. I don't think you can just swap out the CPU like this since AMD asked reviewers to reinstall even between the different Zen 5 CPUs. I would assume you swapped to the 7950X after testing the 9950X on the same installation here?

Why is the usage of the 7950x always 5-10% lower compared to the rest? The teperatures are down as well.
