Another way to help if this doesn’t work, try switching to a different OS. When i dual booted linux and windows and ran linux i went from 60hz to 120hz

Note: This will not harm your monitor, I have tried it will go black screen(maybe a message might appear saying it is not supported just like mine) but it will turn back to default refresh rate.

Hey Guys Quick Tip for finding safe hz for your monitor lookup your monitor model manual and find factory support modes it will tell you supported hrz I have a 144hrz monitor and 164.92 is the highest recommended

60 to 73hz, you can jump from 60 to 65 at the start and then go for 70(after that its not really worth)
