Until these useless public sector managers that cannot perform their jobs are jailed these people will not care to fix their laziness, poor hiring practices, and leave it for another day mentality

The claim that Rick Leary takes safety seriously and took the incident seriously is such a blatant lie. He covered up those warning reports. He lied to the board about it. He blamed the derailment on the systems age, covering up the fact that regular inspections had stopped for a month prior to the derailment. It is entirely his fault and he should have been immediately fired following the derailment.

TTC doesn’t want to maintain it anymore. Just let it go. They should provide a timeline of all the incidents they allude to.

What's the point of this? How about city counsel for not fast tracking and killing the Scarborough subway line when it was first proposed during Rob Ford mayor?
