The English in the Game are treated as the UK as a whole.

Before you do that, you might want to destroy the Celts (decorates their houses with head cut from the battle), the Aztecs (sacrificing people and eating them on a regular basis), or the Mongols (basically treats anyone that isn't them as cannon fodder). The Kim Jong family are small time compared to what those civilizations did.

Or you can just fight Sejong and destroy Korea in the Modern Age.

Can i negotiate an trade embargo on another civ so they would trade with me.?

Is there a diplomacy option of having a trade treaty, so civ i don't like can't just send their trade ships/caravans to my cities?

The Celts had both Irish and Scottish in them, so Boudicca is the closeness you can get to Scotland

one thing i would like to see in Civ V is bridging over water, canals through land, and being able to dig through mountains when discovering dynamite

for the modern era, they should add powerlines, they would act like road/railroads, but instead of gold and production, they would spread culture and science
