Being an Ally to Black Colleagues and Peers

During this horrific time in America, many members of the community have reached out to us as leaders in the Diversity and Inclusion space asking for advice - what should we be doing? What should we be reading? How can we support our friends, colleagues, and communities?

I may not have all of the answers, but as the Director of Global Diversity and Inclusion at PowerToFly, I hope that we can create a safe space to address these questions and more, while translating your frustration into activism and support for the Black Community.
