I think we all have heard property dealers say that line " Sir Milejaye ga"
From buying a house to renting a house.

It's always their go to phrase.

In my opinion there are a LOT of better way to response to that.

You can always go with the classic response with a LOT of info.
Client: I need to buy a House.
Property Dealer : Sir Mil Jaye ga.
And their next Question is ALWAYS Sir budget kia hai??

It's should be like
Realtor: There are Houses of 250 SQ Yard houses from 40 Million to 22 Million. The 40 mil ones are 4-5Kms from Main Express Road and the 22 Mil ones are around 9-12 Kms from Main Express Road
