Not kidding but I blame the real estate agents in the US for the overall increase in housing prices and crisis overall which makes owning a home almost impossible in today’s economy within the United States. Here’s why, if a realtor sells a home in a neighborhood for such and such amount, then all the houses within that neighborhood are deemed to be sellable within that same price, therefore the cost of housing goes up. It’s simply economics, which is why we have a problem with lack of affordable housing within the United States. Simple as it isn’t the law of supply and demand exactly. So, as the history of housing bubbles and foreclosures, the question that needs to be asked is when will it stop?
