Honestly, i think Grian would looove to be turned red next episode. He seems to enjoy being mischievious and evil more then orderly. I suggest going for him next, maybe even as a contract. or something, like he voluntarily surrenders the yellow life to you for some goodies.
You could also offer him shelter, as he could move in with you for a start. Could be the birth of the Red live bastion
