KETO PUMPKIN CHEESECAKE SWIRL BROWNIES
This is a festive Halloween/Autumn keto brownie recipe with my newest brownie recipe as the base and a pumpkin cheesecake swirl on top! Using pumpkin in only half the swirl makes sure it doesn't add too many carbs to the dessert and also makes for a brighter contrast in the top swirl so the brownies are prettier. Check below for more details on ingredient swaps and for dairy-free options!

***Note if using oil instead of butter:
Butter and vegan butter alternatives contain water emulsified in with the oil content, so keep that in mind when substituting for pure oil in baking. For this recipe try 7 Tbsp of oil (refined coconut oil would work great) and 1 Tbsp of water in place of melted butter.

While I do have allulose, my dear hubby cannot tolerate it: too much intestinal distress. I know most people use it instead of other sweetener for it's textural properties - is that why you chose it instead of say, erythritol or monkfruit?

Haven't watched the video yet. Missed you. Was subbed to another keto desert channel but she always used coconut flour in everything and that' stuff is so unpleasant. It's lovely that many of your recipes don't include coconut flour.
