I love eyeshadow! I used to be so afraid of the way it looked on me too, but I used neturals and worked my way up to more daring looks! I learned to appreciate uniqueness in makeup in a similar way I learned to with my clothing pieces! At the end of the day, the one who tries a new thing, gets new experiences and feelings! i used to hate eyeshadow and only liked wearing eyeliner as makeup (fyi i have similar coloring to you-- fair skin, light blonde hair, blue eyes). however, i eventually started thinkign about it as contouring for your eyes. having pale skin, i can't really ever truly CONTOUR my face with bronzer or whatever unless i have a spray tan. i used a bronzer as eyeshadow one day and loved the look of it. i think it creates really natural looking definition-- also bronzers blend a lot smoother than actual eyeshadows!

I have problematic skin so i don't like wearing foundation, concealer ect so eyeshadow and brows is all i do. I love doing dark eyeshadow looks and I started getting proper into it at 14/15 <3
