Providing value is so crucial.
Too many content creators just slap together a lead gen freebie.
For a lead gen to really be effective, it needs to be targeted and useful to the downloader.
Be as helpful as possible.
Also, recruiting affiliates to help market your content is gold. If you're giving them an affiliate cut, they will generally be receptive to sharing their audience and pushing your content.

Great tutorial on Sales Funnel Model. Best part is that in step 4 you have fused your model with Prism model to generate premium leads. Honestly this is revolutionary step and it could be taught in Business school.
