Why doesn’t the ISO blink or display in red once the min or max is hit? Would be super useful!

Hoping someone can help me, despite this being an older vidoeo... I am working on setting up my custom settings slots (C1-C7) in a new X-H2 I just received, and thought I would have one ready for quick fleeting moments/subjects where I don't want to worry about settings, other than aperture. One of the settings I am using is Auto ISO, which I have never used on any camera before. I am confused. (apologies for the longer question below)

Default Sensitivity - clear on this. I have it set to the base ISO of 125. Camera never drops lower than this in bright environments.
Max Sensitivity - clear on this. I have it set to ISO 3200. Camera will never go above this, no matter how dark the environment.
Min. Shutter Speed - this one is mystifying. Either I am not understanding or it is broken. See below.

So I have camera in Aperture mode. I want the camera to choose ISO between 125-3200. That seems to work fine. However, I am trying to tell it never to go below a shutter speed of 1/100th, to ensure it doesnt pick a speed slower than I can hand hold. However, no matter what I do, it doesn't seem to make a difference when shooting. If I point at a very dark area of the room I am in, it drops to 1/20th.

I thought, maybe I am flipping the meaning of minimum shutter speed, and the camera is saying the "minimum amount of time the shutter would be open". In that case 1/100th would be the fastest speed it allows. However, if I leave the settings as-is and point at a bright sky out the window, it jumps to 1/680th or something.

What am I missing? This part of the Auto ISO setting doesn't seem to set either a floor or a ceiling on shutter speed. What am I missing?

Thanks

Hi! I have the Fuji xt3 and shoot in BBF. I've set up the AutoISO as you explained in the video, however, when I move the camera around, the ISO remains set to max sensitivity of 12800. It won't change at all when I set my own SS and aperture. Thoughts on what I may be doing wrong or other settings I should check? Many thanks in advance

Have the GFX 50r it shows the lowest possible ISO as 50 but haven't been able to set it there as it's grayed out.
Have looked in the booklet that came with the camera but can't seem to figure out how to set it to that.

Probably be a dumb question in hindsight but what settings do I need to use to set it to ISO 50?

But there's one more thing to this auto ISO settings. Depending on the ambient light, the camera's shutter speed can fall below the "Minimum shutter speed" set in this mode once the ISO hits the maximum level and can't go beyond that. It means that in the auto ISO settings, the ISO will never go beyond the set value, but the shutter speed settings in this mode is not sacrosanct, it can fall below the Minimum value for the camera to maintain proper exposure.

What a weird decision to show the ISO the photo will be shot in only on halfpress. You could as well permanently display the real ISO so I can compensate with a different SS or A right away before halfpressing. The info that I’m in e.g. A3 let’s me already know what my max ISO is so displaying this info with no halfpress is useless and by far not as important as updating the real ISO before halfpressing.
