Problem solving at its best!! City Busses only need quantity of charge which can make it reach next stop.. having some spare/emergency power is mandatory.. so if a bus is charged only 10% in one flash charging point during those 20 secs, it's enough to reach next stop...

If we can use it for bus, can be used for all other EV's within fraction of seconds, it will be more faster than filling petrol /diesel to fuel tanks.

This is most likely capacitor based technology. I like to think of capacitor banks as fast charging / discharging batteries. Not entirely a bad thing. Working alongside batteries for town bus kind of multiple stop journeys, it does make sense.
May not be suitable for cars though.

The 600kw charger charges 3.33 kwh of battery or supercapacitor whatever it is. That means the stops must be in the 10 km distance. I think they use smaller batteries and capital cost is goes to transmission lines.
But this project is like metro, it possible only at some of the urban stations.

Very good . So simple in my mind but ever body gas there own idea . This concept uses less batteries and saves a lot of needless weight to drag around !

In 20s a bus can charge 3 kWh. With a consumption of 1 kWh/km you need a lot of charging points. Therefore this is called "opportunity charging" and it only adds charge to the battery a little bit every time. The bus is then fully charged overnight with slower chargers. So, the flash/opportunity chargers are basically range extenders. The trend is to use larger batteries with every new model so less opportunity chargers are needed in the future. Great tech.
In the Netherlands more than 10% of all busses in public transport are now electric (January 2020), 70% in 2025 and 100% in 2030.
