We’re all trying to accomplish important goals to make the world a better place. In this group we have people fighting climate change, reducing waste, and improving the environment.
When we stumble on the way towards our goals we get frustrated and blame something, someone or ourselves for being bad, stupid or lazy (BSL). These default narratives keep us from understanding what’s going on and seeing the truth, leading to confusion and preventing us from achieving our goals.
Clarity comes from the process of asking open-ended questions to determine what is actually true and then designing better solutions to get to our goals. Moving from confusion to clarity enables us to unleash our potential, do more, and do better.
