Youtuber Karl Rock 'blacklisted' by Indian govt: Was attending anti-CAA rally a reason?

YouTuber Karl Rock who is of New Zealand origin has filed a petition in the Delhi High Court claiming that the Indian govt has blacklisted him and that he is unable to return to the country to his Indian wife Manisha Malik. Speculations are rife that he was barred from entering for documenting his experience at an anti-CAA rally.

He is now playing a victim card.
He knew very well rules of tourist or X2 visa while applying. In one of Youtube videos, I heard him saying that he is going to CAA protest rally. In same video he is saying why right-wing govt. wants a 'Hindu Rashtra (country)'. There is something wrong with these kinds of modern so-called educated people. What's wrong in calling India a Hindu Rashtra ? Germany, US, UK, Australia are all Christian countries but every religion can live there. Same with many other democracies. So what's wrong if India is a Hindu Rashtra, we have more religions living freely in India than anywhere else in the world. This guy is trying to teach secularism to Indians. He could try to make a Mosque in Switzerland or Japan...NOT ALLOWED !! At least we did not kill and invaded Maori's land. He should STOP this nonsense and pray that he is allowed to enter India next year. And he should behave like a gentleman. On a tourist Visa, he should try participating in a political rally in Australia ? He will probably be thrown out of Australia and blacklisted too...

Most Indian commenters here are proof why no country in the world respects India: your literacy is as bad as your hygiene, and I will explain how this is the case, below, so that you see I'm not just parroting something others say, unlike you lot, and that I'm thinking about the whole issue as an individual, not as an ideologue.

> First is the fact that Karl saved INDIANS from scams over many years. Not only foreigners. He always cooperated with the Indian police, whether the police was doing their job or not.
> Second is the fact Karl LITERALLY donated HIS BLOOD to the Indian government twice, LITERALLY saving the life of Indians, and setting a good example for the entire Indian population, and the world.
> Third is the fact Karl made MANY videos telling his viewers that India is BEAUTIFUL, showing exotic Indian beaches and villages, befriending and respecting all Indian people regardless of their color, their religion, their beliefs, their customs and their culture. He has MANY videos that have NOTHING to do with scams.
> Fourth is the fact he ALWAYS starts and/or ends his videos with "JAI HIND". Even when he was in Pakistan! Look it up! (P.S.: He does not discriminate against Pakistani or Bangladeshi people, unlike most Indians, like nearly all of you here.)
> Fifth is the fact that, even though everyone in the world knows India to have very bad hygiene and, literally, a lot of street shitters, Karl DEFENDED Indians with videos telling the viewers there are many public bathrooms in India and that Indian people are not as bad with hygiene as most of the world, myself included, thinks of them.
> Sixth is the fact that CAA is a law that excludes people from certain religions, thus discriminating against people based on religions. As such, it is a SEPARATIST law that creates greater social conflict, destruction and injustice. Anti-CAA protests are protests against discrimination made possible by law. READ THE FUCKING LAW, you ignorants.

As for whether or not Karl broke the law by participating in the protest with his INDIAN WIFE (read: NOT a foreigner wife), that may be the case. But there are TWO PROBLEMS, regardless of your or my opinion, with this:

> First is the fact that the Indian government DID NOT TELL HIM this was the reason for his VISA Blacklisting. This is OUR speculation of the reason. The OFFICIAL announcement NEVER came out, as of the time of writing this.
> It was a protest for PEACE and RELIGIOUS EQUALITY. The laws are made to protect citizens, not harm and discriminate them. The law was rushed by a factually-radicalized government that wants to war based on religion. To protest against such a law is to defend HUMANITY. Whether Karl should be legally denied of his VISA or not is NOT what WE are debating. That is a SEPARATE issue. Laws are laws, even if they are bad, wrong or deceitful.

Waiting for the first ignorant benchod that will reply against any of these statements of not opinion, but matter of fact. None of this is your or my opinion. It is simply how it is.

India is a democratic country we are not communist China or monarchy KSA. The citizens have all right to express distaste about policy implementations and this needs to be taken in a sportive manner by the indian govt not indulge in tit for tat like toddlers.
