How to Repair Loose Dining Room Chair Legs

is there a replacement back leg, mine is broken

Im not sure if you are still answering here but…the long round metal cylinder attached in a hole….inside the chair leg has detached and is stuck to the inside of the chair.

Its the cylinder that the nail is supposed to screw into to
attached the leg to the chair.
What Adhesive do i use in order
to glue the cylinder back to the leg?!

Thanks i have those same chairs (have the same problem) im going to try this and see if it works
