History fact: When sultan and his soldiers saw this horrific scene, it’s said that the sultan was so shaken he immediately got off his horse and put his prayer mat down and started praying and his army did the same. it’s clear that the sultan was so disturbed that he went back to his capital.

If you only see this man as a young person who conquered Istanbul at the age of 21, you are mistaken. He knew five languages, was very interested in science and the arts, was an engineer, and was a man ahead of his time.

Imagine 20, 000 people hanging like this in a row. Mehmed II performed salah with his army after seeing this scene

They still won SubhanAllah, you can never beat a person who loves death more than you love life. They are in Jannah for sure and there is no doubt in my mind.

He was a man who Honour Death, but what vlad did was Inhuman because People who were impaled were Villagers not soldiers.

Even in modern times when ppl couldn't beat his legacy they started fabricating lies about him.. Conquering constantinople is the proof of his legacy n the way he conquered it is the proof of his supremacy n the fact that he was driven to that holy land through dreams is the proof of his spirituality.. No man on earth could earn what he earned at that time at that young age.. He had lived what he lived cuz he truely was the chosen one.. Rest in peace hero❤

It was the first time in his life when he was truly shook by the utter view of the horrific sight .
So much that he and his soldiers wept and prayed for the souls right at the moment

I love the difference between the two seasons. In the first one, it's the ottomans against the romans, an honorable enemy. In oposition to Vlad, who it's depicted as no less than a bloodthirsty monster even if the ottomans were invading his lands.

You know I kinda realize what kind of Monster Vlad was.
Because we are all seeing this through TV. But seeing that in real life would've shaken anyone to the core.
And the fact he immidately started praying tells us that he was indeed so shaken that he needed his faith to keep him stable.

Some people here see Vlad as a hero. this is a shame.
Do not underestimate the power of Mehmet and the Ottomans. And at the end of the day, know that the Ottomans ruled Dracula's country for hundreds of years. If Mehmet had acted as Dracula wanted, the Pope would have declared a hundred years of mourning and a drama movie would be released for you Europeans today. Especially the Balkan people should thank the Turks. Because the Turks were unnecessarily merciful despite the medieval conditions. Believe me, you would not want to be conquered by a Mongol or Timur.
