How to make a goldfish FAT

Btw, today is actually my 21st birthday, anyway, this is just a snippet of how I turn a small goldfish into a big fat goldfish. Step one is clean water through lots of filtration and water changes, the next step is the higher temperature around 78 F, and the third step which you see in this video is feeding high protein food and doing it multiple times a day.

I used to have two massive Comet Goldfish, they were both males and grew about 6 and 8 inches. They both lived about 14 years. I never got into goldfish keeping again for a decade

Why not transfer to bigger ponds instead of aquarium? It will result in lesser water changes and reduced stress, thus will get robust growth.
