I'm surprised I haven't seen anyone using vanilla bean paste in any of these recipes. That's truly game changing as you get the vanilla bean speckles that you see in a lot of old school brands.

Have made all 3 of these and they are all delicious! Recently took the base cream recipe for the Lucky Charms one and added a couple more grams of pure vanilla extract and then used Oreo thins instead of cereal for the mix in. Oh my, it was phenomenal!!

After watching your channel and Rahul's, I bought one of these and tried your recipe. It tastes amazing and the texture is so much like real ice cream. I am an extremely overweight individual and you do not know how much this will help me as a person with a sweet tooth. Thank you so much.

NICK!!! This absolutely SLAPS! I just bought my Creami yesterday and came home to make my pint of Fruity Pebbles. Amazing. Great taste. Cereal in every bite. Amazing volume for the calories. I owe you for this one. Now I need a chocolate base

Completely addicted to my Ninja Creami and the Cinnamon Toast Crunch ice cream in this video was my first recipe. Doing all sorts of stuff with this thing now. I make at least one treat a day whether it's protein ice cream, one of these, or a sorbet. Even just canned peaches on the sorbet setting with a little fairlife blended in is incredibly good and easy! Thanks a ton for these!

Man you are truly under appreciated. I hope your channel pops soon. Great production quality. Although I can't prepare all your recipes because Im nomadic, I'd become obsessed with your recipes as soon as I get a decent kitchen again/

The ethanol in the vanilla extract also lowers the freeze point so you get creamy ice cream, along with the xanthum gum this helps keep ice crystal formation low.

Recently I got my hands on a Ninja Creami for rather low money and I tried your recipe (more or less, obviously I can't source the exact same ingredients). It is awesome. It is lifechanging!
165g 1, 5% fat milk and 265g almond milk is the base. Then I add different flavour pastes. Tonka, vanilla, banana, coconut, even irish cream. The icecream is unbelievably creamy and milky. It tastes better than most (if not all) regular soft serve icecreames I tasted with a fraction of the calories. It's even better than my favorite low calorie icecreames from the market. ("Meucci", kind of like Halo Top but way cheaper).
The Ninja Creami is the best piece of kitchen technology I ever bought.

Target had these Ninja cream’s on sale for $100 on cyber Monday. I made his Oreo ice cream recipe, and one with fair life 30g protein. Between his cookie dough recipe and ice cream recipe It’s like I’m not even dieting!!

Wow this recipe came out amazing! I’ve been making a few of my own random combos while waiting for you to share your recipes but this is by far the closest to ice cream I’ve gotten to have to date and the calories are unbelievable! I used the torani strawberry purée since I don’t have the fruity pebbles syrup and it still came out delicious, looking forward to what you come up with next!

Ive done it 100% unsweetened vanilla almond milk with a dash of unsweetened almond creamer, was really good

Tried the CTC and fruity pebbles, honestly BLOWN AWAY how good these are. Tastes just like the full fat unhealthy ice cream. Cannot thank you enough man for coming out with these banger recipes.

Nick, suggestion for the future: after you weight the dry ingredients, if you want to avoid spillage, put them in the centre of a baking paper sheet. Then, when you need to add them, fold the sheet in half by bringing together opposite edges (as simple as that, you don't need to create a central crease) and tilt the sheet towards the mixing bowl, letting the dry ingredients slide. This is also useful when you sieve dry ingredients, to avoid spillage and to allow more speed: just prepare the baking sheet paper and do it on the centre. After you are done, you can still reuse the sheet. Important: don't use your silicon sheet, it needs to be a baking *paper* sheet. These are tricks used in pastry shops' laboratories.

Regarding xanthan gum, almost every recipe I've seen calls for 1/4 teaspoon. So if you don't have a scale that measures tenths of a gram just use 1/4 tsp.

I've been making mine with 1oz/pint of reduced fat cream cheese as the fat source and it works perfectly. Also, you gotta do more than just vanilla extract to get a complex vanilla flavor. I'm onto making 10 pint batches and at that size I'm doing vanilla extract, vanilla pudding, vanilla protein powder, vanilla almond milk, vanilla bean powder. Just like when you mix xanthum and guar you get a better result, mixing all these artificial/natural vanilla flavors makes for a real depth of flavor that extract alone cannot touch. In reality you need egg yolk for a truly rich flavor but I'm just not going to eat raw egg yolks all year round.

Great video, Nick! Just picked up my own Creami and it is an absolute game changer. I don’t doubt that the xanthan gum take these to the next level BUT I will say that I have made 7 or so pints without it and they are still incredible. I mainly mention this because xanthan gum bothers my stomach and I don’t want anyone to miss out on the magic of the Creami if they have the same issues. Keep up the great content bro! 💪

Omg! I have that fruity pebbles syrup and I've never used it. I been making protein icecream with my creamy! I'm definitely going to be mixing your ideas in!
