How do I become a demo #teacher?
How do you start a demo class in English
How do you impress students in demo class?
How will I prepare for a demo class for teaching profession?
Some steps would be helpful in demonstration-

know your audience. Your audience may be the students or faculty members.
Try to give the demo on your favorite topic but remember that the topic should be from the course of students.
Prepare the topic thoroughly.
Demo should be interactive so you may use some tasks or activities related to topic which will engage the students during demo.
Also give time for Q&A.
At last give thanks to your audience for cooperating with you.
Relax , visualise and then talk to yourself how you want to take it . Write down topics in ordered form which you want to cover and rehearse it in front of mirror. Smile yes do give a smile to make your self confidence as well as environment of class room light and easy. Talk to students by their respective names as I assume that you won't get a big class to start with. The above said things will be more than anything to build a strong rapport with your students. And don't worry about the small hiccups they are bound to happen. And last but not least “enjoy”.
Depending upon which class are you going to take, be thorough with whatever you want to teach.
Be prepared for disturbing students.
You need to be extremely calm and composed.
Prepare your study material thoroughly and be confident about it.
Prepare a few questions to be asked in the class.
Accordingly you can prepare your lesson .
A standard lesson plan should have following
Lesson objective
List of resources you would use in the lesson
Vocabulary or any new word you plan to introduce during the class
Lesson script depending on the length of class .
Assessment

Pick up a topic you love the most. If you want your students to love the topic as you love it, find what is it that you really like about the topic.
Now put yourself into your student’s shoe. Assume you have come to the class to learn the topic. And your professor taught you the topic and told you that amazing thing which makes you fall in love with the topic. Assume how would the professor have taught it.
