Supreme Court Upholds EPA Rule Amidst Project 2025's Challenge

Project 2025 aims to stop enforcing specific laws by placing employees in agencies that will block or avoid implementing existing rules. Recently, they challenged an EPA rule, asking the Supreme Court to halt it while the case moved through the courts. And it may only be coincidence, but I can't help but notice a slow popular trend toward denying services on religious grounds, the sovereign citizen movement, various kinds of acting out on a naive sense of entitlement.

Though appears dense—the chapters on every sector of public life/law, are written in middle school text. Assume all citation sources, authors are to be involved—again, oddly, each chp. has different author + gaggle of living sources. All miss schooler’s, in simple text, are able to lay-out the facts, add a bit of terrifying ‘color’ to essays. Someone suggests keeping track of all facts, pertaining to these allegedy, population-calming, legal & rhetorical rulings and statements. Taking names, in my opinion, is an excellent idea.

Such an ancient Play Book—one that at very best, gave Franco, what 62 (?) years… certainly NOT resistance free! Such a stupid, tired idea (12th-13th centuries, Italy).
