Rotisserie Wings on the Slow ’N Sear Kettle! Napoleon Basket!

Watch how we did rotisserie wings on the SNS Kettle Rotisserie attachment in combination with the Napoleon Basket! Grillaholics Herbacious Hen Rub!

• Started with a full pack of boneless skin on Bell and Evans Chicken Wings.
• Seasoned with Grillaholics Herbacious Hen.
• Set up the SNS Kettle with the rotisserie attachment and used the Napoleon Rotisserie Basket!
• Was shooting for a grill temp of 350F degrees with the coals covering the bottom of the grill.
• Placed all of the chicken wings in the basket.
• Left them on for 15 minutes and checked them out. Took a reading in another 7 ½ minutes and then checked one more time, spun the rotisserie for the final 3 or 4 minutes.

Summary: The Slow ‘N Sear Rotisserie really works nice, and the Napoleon basket is a nice addition and I will most likely do wings more often. I will run the grill hotter to get some better crisp on the skin next time. I also learned how to remove the basket and rod for next time.

Gloves: We tried the Ananda Leather Forge Welding Gloves 13”. The worked well for protecting your hands, but if you must hold something very hot for longer periods, these did let some heat through.
