Error: 'virtualenv' is not recognized as an internal or external command.

Solution:
Open powershell as Administrator
python -m venv django # Create a virtual environment
django/Scripts/activate # Activate the virtual environment

After succesfully installing, i got error while creating virtualenv, i wrote
` python -m venv env` instead of ` virtualenv env `, error resolved.

for making file env
execute: Set-ExecutionPolicy -Scope Process -ExecutionPolicy Bypass
then execute: .\Activate.ps1
