Are you going to remember the taste of what you eat. If you eat a cookie, will you remember and be grateful for the taste of it, you probably wont think back the next morning to the taste of the cookie, your body will, you will gain calories. Dont eat for taste, eat for nutrients. Its nice if you enjoy the taste of the foods but its not necessary.

Don't eat processed stuff, no soda. Every now and then you can have a little piece of cake from a locally owned bakery or just have fruit.

Omg, you just need to eat it in You can eat 90% or of nutritious food that serves you and the rest as a treat. There is nothing wrong with that unless you start bombarding yourself with this junk. Our bodies are strong and can cope well with it when they are healthy.

Since I’ve been working I’ve barely had any time to eat healthy, so I would go and get fast food for lunch almost everyday and the difference to how I felt when I was eating healthy to now is insane. It’s evil what they are feeding us.

Coffee too, you can still drink it and it’s a productive tool but if you’re getting withdrawals and are one of the people who say “don’t talk to me until I’ve had my coffee” then it’s a problem and you need a coffee detox

I have no food addiction specially junk foods. I hate sweets since my childhood and always avoid it even if a relative offers me some(and i'm proud about it). And about junk foods, i used to live with my grandma and she always cooked me home made dishes. Maybe the reason being junk foods are expensive than home made foods.
