It's amazing how strong a backyard telescope can be... Where did you learned all that knowledge? About finding galaxies processing images, finding the best gears and adjusting camera settings?

Awesome job. I have a very similar set-up, zenith star 61, canon, SA. I started about a year ago, and am now coming around to the targets I started on. Pinwheel was my first, but by the time I figured stuff out we were out of galaxy season and I was happy to be on the nebulas of the summer. Thanks for the inspiration here to give galaxies another shot.

Excellent channel, and beautiful work that you are doing. I don't know what your budget for astrophotography is. But from what I understand you will go far in this hobby we share. But think about a GEM or CEM mount. Congratulations, and thank you for sharing your experience on Youtube. Clean skies of Portugal.
