My father just passed away a week ago, and I inherited his uke. I never lived with my dad or knew him very well, but during the last 8 months of his life, we got close. One of the few memories I have of my dad is him playing this song to me while sitting on my bed in Kaneohe. I will learn to play this song with his ukulele in honor of my dad. Mahalo for posting this video and making it possible.
