I was given only 24/50 in my CAP interview and this f*cked my whole aspirations. I only converted IIM BG, Sirmaur, Sambalpur. I was from bihar board and my academics were already average. Even after having work ex of 25 months, 96%ile, only CAP interview destroyed everything.🥹

Any other college going out of cap?? I strongly feel that all new iim should get out of CAP as they are getting big now and cap should only be conducted for Baby IIMs
