I think one of my favorite moments is when Lowko says its chaotic but he thinks he's catching most of it and then within a minute realizes that maru is playing protoss 2.5 min in.

51:00 2v2 was big part of SC1 clan and national tournaments/cups. The oldest editions of Nation Cup and Nation Wars used to have 2x 2v2 matches.

As a casual, who enjoys strategy more then maximum apm/speed I really like team games. It takes that bleeding edge balance and adds enough chaos that memorizing counters and build orders doesn't matter as much, but still rewards good communication and good implementation of a quick strategy.

I remember when my friend and I would play 2v2's for fun. One of us would get rushed, so the other would just share unit control with the other. One of us would micro and the other would macro. Together, we were probably the equivalent of a low bronze Korean player. Fun times.

This was a really fun match!

I really love the change-up on having 2v2s in the rotation of games and videos. It just highlights strategies and units that might not get the love in 1v1.

I don't think I'd want 2v2 to take over (not that it could), but I love seeing the variety of gameplay!

Phoenix's lifting ability is so overpowered that it can lift up almost any ground units. They're a menace as we've seen here...They're also a big problem in big numbers. They could just keep harassing the SCVs over and over as well.

Sure vikings could be used to wipe them out but nobody makes vikings at early game and Marines while strong in big numbers they're slow af.
