I've fell in this trap several times.
When things don't go as fast as we want we tend to try extreme solutions...But they're never sustainable.

Thanks to you I've put together an upper/lower body split, consisting of two compound bodyweight antagonistic supersets per workout, coupled with some accessory work, 20 minutes max, with adequate rest time between exercises and sets. Is it optimal? As long as I'm not losing strength and actually looking forward to exercising, I don't care. Keep up the good work.

excellent . . . at 75 the notion of temptation . .. choose wisely grasshopper-
lead me not into temptation- I can find it all by myself

Curious as to your thoughts on these prolific burpee exercise programs? Full disclosure, I’ve been doing them and have found them fairly effective but wonder your thoughts?
