Error : could not locate: servlet first program version

l'm getting while loading my servlet project(name :- myServlet) to server through the weblogic by doing it manually from notepad and creating the respective directories and I'm using Oracle 12c. Please help me that what I need to do.

I'm using windows 11 and while I've done this project deployment on server and in the last tab (testing) from where, we can look the result on web. I'm not getting the IP address link to click in the tools, I' only getting the classloader analysis tool something.
