Making the best espresso on the Rancilio Silvia w/ PID #coffee

Pete- I have what looks like this exact machine. I’m at a complete
Loss. No matter what I do- the shot comes out really fast and watery and black with zero crema. I had a $130 Amazon machine that was great. The same lavazza beans worked great. Help me
