I made the choice to start growing out in late July. Last time my hair was shoulder length was 2016 so I just passed awkward stage 1 of like 9. Trying not to stress about over washing or over conditioning. Patience sucks.

This is helpful, thank you! I've always been a little confused about what all the terms mean and this helps me so much more.

Would you consider doing a video on hair accessories? For example, I like tying my hair back, but I've heard that hair ties can cause damage and breakage.

Very useful content.. As for the moisture absorption inducing a rough unhealthy surface.. I may add that my personal test or sign is when in need to a trim, it is when the ends start needing untangling.. I'm obsessed with the health of my hair😊BTW I like your hair do, is it a half ponytail from the back or small bun?

Great explanation again Trav. Is it true, if you get your hair trimmed (split ends taken off), this can stop hair breakage.

I've heard Minoxidil applied to the scalp if you have full hair makes it appear even fuller, almost as if hair density is increased. I wonder if there is anything to that.🤔

When I shampoo every day I have the first image in the thumbnail. When I take my hair out of the hair tie because that’s uncomfortable down. It’s like Jason mamoa. But I can’t make it comfortable and bouncy unless it’s been in a hair tie

My family has really well hair genetics. It's always moisturised and silky. Which mine is the exact opposite, my hair is dry and flaky. I tried many different dieting and shampoos, even 3-4 days without showering and it still dries up instantly. I don't know what else to do-
