Ryan is actually a really nice experience for how cheap it is

Agreed, BA shorthaul is literally the exact same but for £300. And people forget that you can do laundry in other countries, so you don't need to check in 20kg of clothes...

I can’t imagine paying so little to fly! You’re right that American airfare prices are insufferable.😢 I’ve chosen the cheaper airlines many times because of this and I also don’t mind less leg room or just packing my clothes in a backpack. It’s entirely worth it to get where you are going and have more money to spend at your destination!❤

There's also the fact that Ryanair pilots have perfected the art of landing as hard as physically possible without damaging the landing gear.

I flew Ryanair to Riga last week, no complaints. You get what you pay for and it was comfortable enough 😊

the tickets of 20€/£ are only available in a very limited number, Raynair also has tickets that are as expensive as the established airlines

Ryanair left me in a foreign country with no money sleeping on an airport floor after a lads holiday so proper top tier experience for me.

I've flown on Ryanair probably 30 times return, have never been charged anything extra, never had a flight significantly delayed and no other major issues. It's not luxury by any stretch but when it's cheaper to fly across Europe than it is to take a bus to the nearest other city I'm not complaining.

Never had a problem with Ryanair in all the years I’ve flown with them. Never a delay, always smooth travelling from A to B and back.

I was originally planning to go on my UK holiday with Ryanair. I like em a lot. Ended up going with EasyJet simply because the airport Ryanair operates out of is 100 miles away, while EasyJet operates from an airport 30 miles away

For me, if it's cheap enough I can accept the upcharges. But as of late, I'm trying to find flights to the UK from Spain for October or November and they're charging like 300+€ return, which considering for years it's been like 40€ return with luggage included, it's a rip off. And that's not even including luggage, when it previously was. I rarely see those cheap 20€ each way tickets anymore. So yeah, I am very displeased with Ryanair, considering that it's about as much to fly BA of similar.

Honestly Ryanair’s pretty good! Flew with them last week from Tenerife to Luton, and for the price they charge compared to other carriers, it’s a no brainer

Ironically I never noticed these things because I flew with Ryanair as a teenager. I guess I was viewing my flights from a passenger perspective and not a customer perspective.

I’m happy with it Yh leg room ain’t great compared to easy jet but it’s decent especially price wise to short distances like I always go from uk to Morocco on Ryanair

In Australia, even the cheapest flights are over $50 one way for a one hour flight

why do people need a meal for a flight that’s like 3 hours long

Ryanair is definitely something that kinda puts me off of flying because when it was my first time flying it was with Ryanair and the landing was quite hard, then the pilot said it was his first time in that plane, but on the return flight the landing was pretty decent
