Ukraine war: Zelensky hails efforts of counteroffensive against Russia

President Zelensky hailed "results" amid heavy fighting in eastern Ukraine, in his first remarks on what appears to be the start of a long-awaited counteroffensive against Russian forces.

Zelensky filmed his nightly address on board a train after he visited Kherson and other areas devastated by flooding following the breach of the Kakhovka dam.
