Jeff---a year later, I still come back for a "refresher" every now and then and it never fails to set me straight---just a stellar video/lesson, thanks.

Love the impressionist analogy! When I paint my masterpiece!

Clear, accurate demonstrations/explanations. Perfect pacing. Nice to see someone who interweaves theory into the lesson and offers alternate voicings and ideas when appropriate. The tabs interspersed throughout are very helpful. Excellent job, all around!

This one of the best guitar lessons I’ve seen on any song. Incredible job. Thanks!

Man what a great video, as always! I love how you explained the differences and similarities between Jerry and Bob's playing. Really put it in a different light for me. Once in a while you get shown the light!

Thank you, Jeff!

I was really struggling with the rhythms for each part, but this video cleared it up nicely. Thanks for posting!

Back at ya brother, sadly RIP JP Angel has been in our song bag for years.
On a happier note, you've inspired me to lay down some experimental tracks for Scarlet got some serious funk going on, be well Jeff

I love your lessons, thank you for doing what you do. I couldn’t find an appropriate place to place this request. I have always loved the song Lonesome and a Long way from Home. by the JGB on the album Don’t Let Go. Just hoping maybe sometime in the future if you could put a lesson together for that track. Thanks again for everything you do.

How about improvising in F# Major, Mixolydian Scale. With the Flated 7th.The F# Mixolydian is a mode of the B Major Scale. It contains exactly the same notes, but starts on another note. The F# Mixolydian is the same as the F# Major apart from one note, the seventh in the scale. Mixolydian can also be described as a Dominant mode.

Hey Jeff, this has been a staple of ours for years - been looking for ideas on freshening - man you gave me some, Thank you! BTW, when I solo on this I just follow the chord tones and usually finger pick arpeggios in the "chorus" - no shredding (cuz I can't) but pretty. Thank you again. Your new fan Birks

Holy smokes, I never realized before... Bobs part, lifted from the great Wes Montgomery!
