I Found REAL GUNS at a GARAGE SALE!

You never know what you're going to find at a yard sale, but I never expected to see actual GUNS for sale. This stuff only happens in the south!

Ha! I see guns all the time here in Texas. Mostly at estate sales. They're usually gone within 10 minutes of opening.

It’s not unusual to find REAL GUNS at local Yard Sales here in North Florida.I have seen many of all varieties and one Yard Sale was ONLY GUNS of all styles.I think it’s COOL & as a Retired 30 Year State Law Enforcement Officer and 2nd Amendment Supporter it’s AWESOME. Guns are great.👍👏🇺🇸

Only need to have a bill of sale in most states. I’m in Texas. For us I just have to ask if you are 21 of age if you are a Texas resident and if you can legally own a firearm. If you say yes then it’s a legal sale of a firearm. Granted I have purchased several where the only question was my name.

the laws on firearm sales vary from state to state. most states allow private sales where background checks are not required by law. i use a FFL to transfer them so there is background check performed and documents when you take possession, just in case.

Yard sale guns are the best.

Typically rusty, worn out, and needing lots of work.

It's like finding an old rusty mustang. It's got good bones, it just needs a bunch of work and then you'll have a beautiful "piece" of history.

Just finished restoring a gun from the very early 1900's for someone. It's beautiful.

See them all the time in Ohio, I always buy private, as long as you have a driver's license (some don't check, but you should) it's all good. I've found some really nice antique guns too and for cheap. Found a Civil War cannon ball too, got that for $2
