Apple smoked turkey legs on the @bradleysmoker p10.

I smoked them using apple wood bisquettes, smoked until 165 internal temperature then basted in bbq sauce for an additional 10 min. Then let them rest for 10 min before serving. Brine for about 3-4 hours but preferably overnight. Every bite was full of flavor.

Brine
1 cup salt
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1/2 cup maple syrup
1 tbsp paprika powder
1 tsp peppercorns
2 bay leaves
2 cups water
Bring everything to a boil and make sure is dissolved.

People always talk down on pellet smokers but they do the job. I do the same with the turkey legs with overnight brine but with no additional seasoning, the Smokey flavor is enough and if family wants they can use bbq or a red salsa with tortillas. Good job Miguel!
