1. Open your chosen SSH client (PuTTY in this video).
2. Open your server host providers dashboard and copy your Minecraft servers IP address
3. Enter the IP address of your server into PuTTY
4. Login as root or sudo user
5. Paste in the following commands into your SSH clients terminal window

Commands:

apt install openjdk-17-jre-headless

6. The first above command will install the latest version of Java at the time of recording of this video. Replace "17" with the latest version of Java at the time you watch this video
7. The second command will start your Minecraft server without the previous error message.

hey what if it's backwards? My error shows "LinkageError occurred while loading main class net.minecraft.bundler.Main
net/minecraft/bundler/Main has been compiled by a more recent version of the Java Runtime (class file version 65.0), this version of the Java Runtime only recognizes class file versions up to 61.0" meaning i need to downgrade, do you know the command for any lesser version for java?
