Today we talk about the struggle that players especially new ones face, and that is which hero to buy next and what would the benefits from that hero be, so in this video I go through the exact order in which I think you should be buying the BTD6 heroes while talking about their strengths and weaknesses!

The order was created by taking into account things like simplicity to use, usefulness in general, game knowledge needed to use a hero, strategies they fit in, and a little bit of personal bias. Would you guys change the order in any way and how would that look?

I think Brickell should come at #8 right after pat fusty because the 2 water towers we have are super good and I usually use them with Brickell on peninsula or other maps with a decent amount of water

Seems pretty good to me! I've found myself using Etienne more and more since they're decent early, great late, and that camo detection for all towers at only lvl 8 is great.

Ben seems to be the first Hero for most beginners. Then after that it is so difficult for them to let go of him.

I had Etienne as my first hero and is a great starting hero because the game doesn't punish you if you forget camo, I would definetly put him 2nd

I remember seeing a concept for a water tower "Mermaid monkey" that I really wished would get added to the game for exactly the reasons mentioned. Water tower strats with Brickell and Energizer are so strong and so much fun, but there just aren't enough strategies for it to not get old after a while. (unless you do something really weird like Brickell buff a Trade Empire army for the high damage Merchantmen, which is apparently an intended strat the devs envisioned being used on CHIMPS?)

i never even considered that this problem exists, cause when i started playing there were only the 4 og hero’s.

For some reason I bought Psi first a long time ago and didn't buy another hero for a long time after. I then finally came to my senses and bought Sauda. She can basically solo until round 30 on like more than half the maps, and she's made by black borders 10x easier.

Solid order, you can make the case to put Brickell higher since the two water towers are strong and Brickell mega buffs them and she makes maps like off the Coast, Flooded Valley and Peninsula game modes eaiser. But again that is opinion, takes a while to understand the game at that level.

But any list is going to be subjective and this one is fine enough

I'd get etienne 3rd, but that is a personal bias since he's my favorite hero

Idk if Brickell also buffs towers like sun god temple when they're placed on 0-5-0 ice monkey ice but it does with 5-0-0 buccaneer so it might work so there's that

Admiral used to be niche on some CHIMPs challenges, but NK nerfed her. I think she's still a requirement on stuff like Peninsula CHIMPs.

I wish I had this when I started. I now have almost all the hero skins, so maybe a hero skin tier list next?

I just unlocked the last hero, perfect timing… anyway I pretty much agree, but I would do some things differently. Also this comment was posted in the first 15 minutes:)
Edit: I think etienne isn’t good to get early because beginner players DONT PLAY CHIMPS! Which etienne is really only good for

both water towers are good, but the reason i dont get brickwell till last is cause it gets kinda boring withb only 2 types of water

I bought Churchill first and haven't regretted it. I'd say buy him first or after Sauda. He does a lot of damage. Getting Psi was also huge since it let me try Expert maps. I don't think I'd be able to use Geraldo effectively, and I'd probably over or underspend.

Etienne should be ranked higher because not only does he give everyone free cameo but at max ability the fighter plane is permanent, and activating his ability makes it stronger.
